Some weeks ago, together with my colleague, arranged a surprise birthday party to my boss during lunch hour.
Coincidently, I had my personal task that day and came late for the birthday party. My colleague did the great job for event by ordering pizza, cake , singing birthday song.. And my job, captured some precious moments... :>

Due to an important "mission" executed on 4 July 2009, Chialing and I spend half day at city area near Fullerton hotel . Curious about the "mission" ?? Well , will disclose in more details soon.
We spent our dinner at Modesto - Vivocity as Marche was fully occupied again (as usual, long queue) ..
What's so special about Modesto ? It's an italian restaurant , specialized in Pasta and Pizza...
Yes, we tried Gnocchi (Potato dumpling) and it was very creamy, of course, delicious..
Besides, we ordered a pizza (mini salmone) but it was delayed for additional 8 minutes.. Honestly, I was not sure what's the reason behind and just wait patiently, and it arrived then.
When billing time, to my surprise, the captain gave extra 10% discount to us ( + 10% citibank cc discount) because of the delayed.
Wah~ it seems to me that this is the most practical + direct way for compensation besides an appologize. Hehe, good customer service + satisfaction (good market strategy) .. For sure, they win customer's heart.
